Lifestyle Training Facility

Providing coaching through holistic health techniques and teaching simple health principals that empower you to better health.

Holistic health is an approach to wellness that recognizes the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental.

Health isn’t just food and fitness.

Those things are important! But health is the environment we are in, it’s how we decompress and reset, it’s how we serve others and it’s about where we put our faith. The physical, social, mental, environmental & spiritual all combined and in balance with one another.

We believe, through education and support, everyone has the power to transform their lives.

The Collective Experience

Connection. Education. Health. Transformation. Excellence

We believe connection is people who feel seen, heard & valued without judgement.

We believe that knowledge is power especially where advocating for your health is concerned.

We believe that growth equals life and are committed to that lifestyle.

We believe our physical body matters! We only get one body to carry us through this life...we need to honor it.

Above all, we believe in being the best version of ourselves at all times. In all things.

Our vision is a thriving community of people who have created lasting connections that inspire them to be the healthiest version of themselves.

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

Founder of Cultivated Health

I am a busy mom of 3 who loves to garden, preserve, and ferment. I thrive on being creative and fulfilling my God given purpose. I am fascinated by growth and development and have spent my life in pursuit of these things on many levels. I am most passionate about how the human body operates and how to heal it in holistic ways. In 2004, I earned a certification from the Florida College of Natural Health in therapeutic massage. My very first job as a therapist was working for a woman who believed in, studied and practiced holistic medicine. This was my first experience with food as medicine. She gifted me a copy of Prescription for Nutritional Healing and I haven’t looked back. I am constantly reading blogs, news articles, case studies and anything else I can get my hands on to better help me understand the human body and how to heal it with as little intervention as possible. In 2019, I received a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. I wrote an education program for elementary school that I was excited to start teaching when COVID hit. It was a hard time for me trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. For years I have kept this dream of having a place devoted solely to holistic health tucked deep in my heart. Then one day, I discovered that this old church was for sale. I stepped out in faith, believing that helping people reach their full potential in the world of wellness is a call that God has put on my life. He has honored that faith every step of the way as I have labor to bring this dream to fruition. What you see at The Corner Abbey is a dream some 20 years in the making. It has taken months to create this space where education and connection are the focus. I hope you will enjoy it. I believe in community and aspire to create a tribe of like minded people who support one another on their journey to cultivate health.
